I would highly recommend Current RMS and Xero to the rental industry. The invoices sync over very well, but payments do not sync. We also need to use track codes according to which partner brought in the business. The client has determined the codes in Clio using the Client Reference Number, but these do not sync either. As far as client expenses on an invoice, they enter those in Clio, and then they sync into the COS account. Fixing those items that don’t sync would be a great improvement! Unfortunately, the reconciliation process in XERO is a no-go for me.
